It’s called a Sales Scope of Appointment, which essentially requires your written consent before we can discuss Medicare plans. This new regulation aims to ensure you have adequate time to consider your options and make informed decisions.
Once you sign the Sales Scope of Appointment, there’s a 48-hour waiting period before we can officially begin our conversation. While most interactions will be conducted over the phone, in-person meetings are also possible. To comply with CMS (Center for Medicare Services) regulations, all phone conversations must be recorded.
